New industry focused online TV channel MyTradeTV has landed the star business of the GGF!
From today, the GGF will be sponsoring MyTradeTV and will be looking to work with each other in the long term. I welcome this sort of move as I have said in earlier posts that the GGF needs to engage with the bright new start ups in the industry and some different faces to show that is it in touch with the whole industry and not just with the ones it usually deals with.
MD of MyTrade TV Lee Clarke had this to say: “Its great to have the GGF on board as sponsors. The Glass & Glazing channel aims to provide companies with a targeted and cost effective way to reach a broad audience of trade and consumers. Our features will include real life documentories, interviews with industry leaders, case studies and product reviews to name just a few. We will also be offering proffesional video editing and production to companies who wish to explore how video can help them promote their business.”
James Lee, GGF Marketing and Communications Manager added, “The federation is pleased to sponsor this new innovative channel as we aim to use video more in our promotional activity.”
MyTradeTV has received some very positive feedback since it launched a couple of months ago. There was a need for something industry specific which not only included text and images, but a much more interactive experience with videos and a very professional demeanor. This plugs that gap nicely and I hope that this site and Lee gets all the success it deserves. It has had a few problems to overcome on it’s way to this point. But with the GGF now givings its backing, things can only go well from here!
