This new facility, using spray experts Kolorbond, allows any frame to be sprayed any RAL colour you wish. The colour is applied 3 times, using a silk finish and is then allowed to cure in the ovens to make sure the best finish possible is achieved. The spray shop facility is made up of four filtration units to make sure that the environment the products are sprayed are in a completely dust free environment.
It is these sorts of details that make sure the coloured products are the best possible quality. John Fredericks has always had a very keen focus on quality and it is because of this that their aim is to deliver the best quality coloured products.
One colour which seems to be making an increasingly large impact on the industry is Chartwell Green.
