I am very happy to announce that the FIT Show has joined the growing DGB family and is now sponsoring the site, leading up nicely to the launch of the 2016 show, due to be held next April 12th-14th.
Bigger and better
The FIT Show next April will be the third of it’s kind, and by far the biggest. Organisers have booked more space, of which most of it has already been sold. Only a few stands now remain and they are likely to be sold in the coming few weeks.
Mini-events around the show, such as the Gala Dinner, are also set to be bigger than previous dinners, with more tables provided, all of which are now completely sold out! With quality entertainment planned and drinks flowing, it should be a cracking night, with a few cracking heads in the morning!

For me though, it will be the products that interest me. This year has seen a huge number of new products and innovations, yet I suspect that we will see an onslaught of new products announced at the FIT Show, which could dwarf the number of new products seen this year.
For many companies taking a stand at next year’s FIT Show, this will be their best opportunity to impress potential new clients. Their stands are going to have to be eye catching. Their product offerings are going to have to be outstanding. The competition within the industry right now is fierce and there is a constant battle from all manufacturers for the attention of new clients.
DGB Live
As you would expect, I will be covering the FIT Show next year in-depth. The @glazingblogger Twitter feed will of course be red hot with tweets throughout the three days of the show.
I’ll also be resurrecting the popular live page feature throughout the show, where I will be posting live updates from Telford. If you can’t make it for all of the three days, or can’t make it at all but want to keep up to date with the best bits of the show, this will be the place to be.
There is no doubt that all eyes are now turning to the 2016 FIT Show and as the months, weeks and days tick away, hype, expectation and excitement will gradually build. I am looking forward to working with the show and to be able to bring you the latest news and help to build the excitement around the event.
