Prefix Systems have become the first company to win Conservatory Roof Fabricator of the Year for two consecutive years in the National Fenestration Awards 2016, as they came away with over half of the votes, while Luke Platt was awarded Young Person, 2016.
With 147 votes for Conservatory Fabricator of the Year, their 53% share was more than double of the second placed nominee and only one of two companies to reach three figures. The National Fenestration Awards is made up of 17 different categories across the glazing industry and judged by the number of online votes cast, with careful auditing of IP addresses ensuring that these awards remain completely impartial.
Prefix Systems have been accustomed to receiving awards with an unprecedented hat-trick when they won Construction Business of the Year, Manufacturing Business of the Year and Medium Business of the Year categories at the Red Rose Awards in 2015 and followed this up with The Newcomer Award in the first ever Hive Blackburn and Darwen Business Awards last year.
Chris Baron, director of Prefix Systems commented: ‘We’re thrilled to win Conservatory Roof Fabricator 2016, after achieving the same award in 2015. This is voted for by our customers and industry colleagues, who value the way in which we do business, invest in back in the business and support our customers.
He continued: ‘Let’s not forget the award for Luke Platt, as we look to introduce and train the valuable younger generation into our expanding workforce. We’d also like to congratulate all the other worthy winners in the National Fenestration Awards, which represents the very best that this industry has to offer.’
