Job Position: UPVC Window & Conservatory Order Processor
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced UPVC Window & Conservatory Order Processor to join a local independent company who supply an extensive range of windows, doors and conservatories.
Requirements & Responsibilities
Knowledge of using ‘Window Designer’ and ‘Business Micros’ processing software is highly desirable.
EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE WINDOW INDUSTRY IS ESSENTIAL as you will be responsible for processing orders from customer order/survey sheets.
The role is office based no cold calling or sales required orders are taken face to face, over the phone and by email.
You will be liaising with customers and suppliers and on a daily basis offering technical assistance and support.
You must be organised and dedicated to providing quality service and have the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks to respond to customer needs.
Good keyboard skills and an excellent telephone manner are required.
