Client:
Joedan Holdings Group is a growing, profitable and well invested business specialising in Aluminium Fenestration products to the commercial market. Working on replacement window and door contracts, both as main and subcontractors they have an enviable reputation for client and customer satisfaction, excellent products and great service. Geographical expansion and growing order books create the need for a Commercial Surveyor to join this friendly and ambitious team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Contracts Director to work predominantly on large social housing contracts, schools, office buildings, etc
To produce accurate measurements and site surveys in accordance with specifications, building regulations and client requirements
Communicate concise instructions on fixing methodology and materials
Resolve technical queries and promote ‘Right First Time’
Ensure manufacturing designs, drawings and details are correct with the assistance of a full drawing office and technical backup
Ensure variations of cost are accurately authorised and communicated to finance
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
The Person:
A background in Fenestration or closely associated sector and previous experience of working with or for national contractors
Disciplined, structured, accurate and methodical approach
Self motivated, disciplined and able to set a fast pace
Technically proficient and keen to keep up to date
Professional customer focussed, excellent communicator, target driven and reliable
