Project Manager
We are looking for a permanent, full time, experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our growing team throughout the UK.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Directors your role will be a practical “hands-on” position in daily control of maintaining site to office communications, processing plant / equipment and promoting a safe working culture throughout our numerous projects. You will be responsible for implementing company policies to ensure all activities at the site are compliant with the Company’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and ensuring they are always adhered to. You will always work in a safe manner to ensure your own and team members safety.
The successful candidate will have a flexible, proactive and versatile approach to work with a “no compromise” attitude to safety. You will have experience of managing people and maintaining plant and equipment. In addition, you will ideally hold a current Gold CSCS Card Supervisor and have IOSH / NEBOSH qualifications as well as a full, clean, driving licence.
About you
Naturally you’ll have experience in construction site supervision / management activities. We’d also expect you to have first rate communication skills, a strong work ethic and a flexible approach to the role. We’d like you to have:
A proven record of experience site supervision / management with a good knowledge of window, door and curtain walling installation.
Strong leadership capabilities
A talent for negotiations and networking
The willingness to travel

As a member of the Site Team you will need to have a good commercial awareness, excellent communication and relationship management skills with an ability to work as part of a team as well as on an individual level.
