Technical Order Processor – Specialising in Double Glazing Industry
Technical Order Processor needed for a local manufacturer of extensive range of timber and aluminium windows, doors and conservatories. Experience within this industry is a must as you will be responsible for processing orders within bespoke software systems. You will be from a manufacturing processing background entering bespoke data entry.
Main Responsibilities include:
Liaising with customers, suppliers and contractors on a daily basis offering technical support and assistance; Entering jobs into CNC linked system; Offering a professional service face to face as well as via telephone; meeting team targets and generating production reports.
Perfect candidate will have:
Experience in timber or upvc or aluminium windows/doors industry; Advanced computer skills; Knowledge of AutoCAD or other industry software entering jobs into system(Window Designer or Evolution or Reynapro); Great costumer service; Ability to work on their own
