Job Position: Surveyor – Windows / Doors / Conservatories
Job Description:
Croston Conservatory & Window Centres are an independent, family run business based in Chorley, covering installations throughout the North West. An exciting career opportunity has recently become available for a full-time Window/Door/Conservatory surveyor to join our team.
It is important that the candidate be self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail, and with effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out the survey of Windows / Doors / Conservatories / Orangeries.
• Complete survey sheets with all relevant information.
• Communicate information from survey to our Installations Manager.
• Communicate with suppliers.
• Complete risk assessments.
Key Qualities:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, and ability to work on own initiative.
• Industry knowledge and experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• NVQ Surveying Level 3 or MTC card preferred but not essential.
• Full UK driving license.
