Job Position: Regional Operations Manager – Installations – North / South East / South West

Job Description:

As the Regional Operations Manager, you will manage all North based branch teams; optimising the installations operations for the region and delivering on agreed service levels, safely and within budget.

You will take a balance approach to delivering high levels of customer service, apply our Right First Time methodology; maximising the Customer Experience. You will also contribute towards functional continuous improvements in terms of strong SHEQ policy, process best practice sharing, external benchmarking, cost saving initiatives & value programmes; driving innovation throughout all north based branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget Holder – efficient utilisation of resource and prudent financial planning & control.
Customer Focus – delivery of customer SLAs & differentiation of market offering through Installations.
Health, Safety & Environment – adherence to legal & corporate standards across all activities. Develop & deliver ‘zero harm’ safety culture & legal compliance.
Transport Operations & Administration – efficient planning & execution of vehicle fleet. Ensure no breaches of Road Traffic Act, etc & control costs.
Quality Standards – adherence to standard operating procedures for branch operations and Installations. Avoid non conformity in relation to all SHEQ standards
HR Management – engagement with unions, control of HR issues and development of people. Maintain good industrial relations and a motivated team.
