Back on August 1st 2012 I reported on the troubles of a Conservatory Outlet dealer in Kidderminster called 5 Star Windows: https://www.doubleglazingblogger.com/2012/08/kidderminster-5-star-windows-and-conservatories-goes-into-administration/
A few days ago they left me a comment which did originally get put in the spam section of my dashboard. I did post the comment but I fear it may have been lost in all the others. So I thought it only right that I do a post dedicated to that comment and the important information it contained:
A company update from 5 Star!
It’s almost a year since 5 Star Windows and Conservatories Ltd was sold as a going concern to a well-known local construction company. The transition, thanks to SFP was a huge success, which saw a smooth transition of all the employees and ensured that no customers lost deposits or failed to have their installation completed.
The Consumer Protection Association found in an independent twelve month report that one hundred percent of 5 Star customers said they were happy with their installation and would recommend the company.
5 Star has never looked better; with a positive cash flow, a huge order book and funding to take the company to the next level which has included an eighty thousand pound investment in a state of the art new showroom.
Anyone wishing to find out more is most welcome to come down and meet the team at our Head office and showroom.
It’s nice to see that a casualty of the rough economic seas has been able to ride the worst of it out and emerge stronger.
Good news for all.Makes a change to have a happy ending.
